Class begins: April 8 (9 weeks)

Join in an energizing and relaxing yoga practice focusing on lengthening and strengthening. Ease the mind, release the body and engage in guided movement on the mat as well as standing postures and poses. Moving through a warm-up sequence, gentle flow, cool-down postures and ending with a final relaxation. All levels welcome; modifications and variations offered.
