Class begins: April 5 (7 weeks)
There are many different ways to build muscle. This class will utilize variations including…Drop sets, Pyramid sets, Supersets, Static Holds and Tempo Training, just to name a few. We’ll end the class with a cool down and stretch. All levels of fitness are welcome. Whether you’re new to fitness or an avid gym goer this is a great way to build muscle, get over a plateau and get in shape.
