Class begins: April 5 (7 weeks)
A single station class utilizing all types of equipment to get a full body workout. Plan on getting sweaty with intervals of strength, cardio and core. You take it at your own pace. Beginner, intermediate or advance levels. You can increase or decrease the intensity to make the class fit your needs.
