Class begins: April 4th (9 weeks)

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is an enhanced form of interval training that alternates short bursts of super intense cardio with low intensity recovery periods. These short, intense workouts improve aerobic capacity, endurance and burn tons of calories! Cardio intervals are followed by 15 minutes of abdominal and flexibility training.
