Yoga Flow is designed to strengthen, lengthen and rejuvenate! It is a perfect class for beginners or intermediate yoga practitioners who are able to get down to the mat and back up. The class moves slowly and focuses on developing core strength, flexibility and movement of the spine, limbs and joints. Participants will be guided through a series of yoga postures, woven together by breath, with a strong focus on alignment and the connection between body and breath. The class begins with a brief guided meditation into breath awareness and ends with a short stage-by-stage relaxation to leave your mind and body feeling connected, refreshed and ready to flow off your mat and back into the world!
