Class begins: January 12th (8 weeks)
Are you ready for fifty minutes of total body strength and cardio conditioning? Through the use of a variety of fitness equipment such as dumbbells, weighted bars, bands, stability balls, small boxes, jump ropes, sliders and your own body weight, you’ll leave this class feeling stronger! The class incorporates cardio intervals to increase heart rate and get the body burning major calories! It is designed and modified to levels of fitness from beginner to intermediate! This class is the perfect fit for anyone looking to get back into exercise and for anyone looking to increase their strength, cardio and all over fitness!
