Class begins: January 16th (8 weeks)
This class moves between low/moderate impact aerobic activity and body weight training exercises, alternating between cardio and strength exercises and finishing with core and lower body toning and conditioning. It’s easy on the joints and burns calories while strengthening your heart, lungs and all muscle groups. Participants of all fitness levels will enjoy this workout as it will challenge any fitness level.
