Class begins: April 11 (8 weeks)

Body Burn-Whatever your fitness level, this bodyweight class will help improve all levels of fitness. The 45-minute workout will consist of three sections including a warmup/cool-down. In all parts you will build strength, balance and muscle endurance. Bring your own towel and or mat and water bottle.
