Yoga Flow - Class Begins Feb 12 (5 Weeks)
Yoga Flow is designed to strengthen, lengthen, and rejuvenate!! It is a perfect class for beginners or intermediate yoga practitioners because it moves at a slower pace and focuses on developing core strength, flexibility, and movement of the spine, limbs, and joints. Participants will be guided through a series of yoga postures, woven together by breath, with a strong focus on alignment and the connection between body and breath. The class begins with a brief guided meditation into breath awareness and ends with a short stage-by-stage relaxation to leave your mind and body feeling connected, refreshed, and ready to flow off your mat and back into the world!! Bring your own yoga mat or bath towel to each class.
