Body Burn - Tues/Thurs 12:00pm–12:45pm (8 weeks)
Whatever your fitness level, this bodyweight class will help improve all levels of fitness. The 45 minute workout will consist of three sections including a warmup/cool-down. In all parts you will build strength, balance and muscle endurance. Needed: Mat or bath towel for core work, (light/medium dumbbells optional).
